Hotel reservations
The registration fees do not include accommodation. We provide however a list of hotels, that offer special conference fees (see below). To book a room please contact the respective hotel and state the code word “EWGAE 2010” (Do not book directly over the website as you might not be provided the conference prices).
There is a limited number of rooms per hotel that offer these special rates, we would therefore recommend to make your reservations as soon as possible. Please note also the deadlines for bookings for each of the hotels.
